1. Delivery & Collection
We offer convenient delivery to your doorstep within a 10km radius of Inanda Vet Practice (15 Howick Drive, Waterfall KZN 3652), serving our valued local community. For added flexibility, you can also choose to collect your order directly from our practice.
Order Placement: Orders can be easily placed through our WhatsApp Number at 060 019 2654. Please provide your name, contact information, your pet's name (for medication orders), and the specific products you require. For prescription medications, please be prepared to provide a valid prescription from a veterinarian. Our team may contact you to verify details or request additional information.
Delivery Fee: We offer optional delivery services. For orders of R500 or more it is Free. For order below R500 a R35 delivery fee will be applied.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are typically made daily between 12 PM and 2 PM, excluding weekends. We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time, and our team will coordinate with you to ensure a convenient delivery window.
In-Store Collection: You can choose to collect your order directly from Inanda Vet during our regular business hours, at no additional charge. Our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Payment: For both delivery and in-store collections, we accept payments via mobile card machine upon delivery or collection. Cash and EFT payments are currently not accepted.
2. Online Shop
Welcome to our online shop, where you can find a range of pet food, medications, and other essential supplies.
Product Availability: All items featured on our online shop are subject to availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative options or provide an estimated timeframe for availability.
Prescription Medications: Please note that certain medications require a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. When ordering prescription medications, please ensure you have a copy of the prescription readily available. Our team will verify the prescription before processing your order.
Product Information: We strive to provide detailed and accurate information about all our products. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Order Placement and Confirmation: After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp with the details of your purchase.
Payment: Payment for online orders is due upon delivery or collection via our mobile card machine. Cash and EFT payments are currently not accepted for online purchases.
